Request guidance in the use of Dragon with the form below.  This form is perfect for those who do not have time for a training session or those who simply have a quick question.

Quick How-To queries are complimentary for clients who have received a complete speech recognition solution from Speakeasy Solutions Inc.

Queries may include (but are not limited to):

• Words or phrases that Dragon refuses to learn.
• Command creation assistance.
• Decreased accuracy issues.
• Using multiple vocabularies.
• Adding additional sound sources (i.e. digital voice recorder, wireless microphone etc.).
• Accuracy tuning.
• Optimal option settings.
• Best practices for correction.
• Speed editing techniques.
• Non-functioning commands.
• How to use Dragon in a specific application.
• Dictating atypical text (i.e. legal citations, programming etc.).

Speakeasy Solutions Inc. will respond in a timely fashion.  For your reference, email responses will likely include screen captures along with the answer.  Invoiced time is billed in 15 minute increments at our current training rates.

If you have numerous questions, you may wish to consider booking a two hour Q&A Training session to be conducted on-site or remotely (depending on your location).

Due to legal contracts signed with various manufacturers, and also to ensure the warranty and integrity of products provided, Speakeasy Solutions Inc. is restricted to providing products & services to clients within Canada ONLY.

If you reside outside of Canada, please visit the manufacturer’s website of the products you are interested in (i.e. Nuance, Philips, Olympus & Sennheiser), and they will be able to assist you find a solution provider in your country.

TIP:  If you are concerned with possessing a valid warranty for your products, always purchase from an authorized seller in your country of residence.  Purchasing products outside of your country nullifies the warranty of many products.
