If you reside outside of Canada, please visit the manufacturer’s website of the products you are interested in (i.e. Nuance, Philips, Olympus & Sennheiser), and they will be able to assist you find a solution provider in your country.
TIP: If you are concerned with possessing a valid warranty for your products, always purchase from an authorized seller in your country of residence. Purchasing products outside of your country nullifies the warranty of many products.

Click Start> All Programs> Dragon (NaturallySpeaking/Medical) 10/11.x> Show Dragon Log. Upload this file below.
Click Start> All Programs> Dragon (NaturallySpeaking/Medical) 10/11.x> Show Setup Log. Upload this file below.
Then type “msinfo32″ and then OK. Give it time to appear. Then click File> Save and this will save the appropriate data in an .nfo file. Save and Upload this file below.
If either or both of the log files do not appear as cited above, your computer system has been set up to hide these extensions. To set your computer so that you can view these types of files, click on the My Computer icon (usually on your desktop). Then click on Tools> Folder Options> View. Choose the Show hidden files and folders. Click Apply, and then OK. The log files should now be visible as noted above.
If you cannot find these files, then perform a search on your computer for the files.
