DAX Copilot Prerequisites

Please review the following requirements, necessary for implementing and using DAX Copilot.

A subscription to Dragon Medical One (DMO) is necessary for DAX Copilot. DMO Version 2023.3 or higher.

If you do not have a subscription to DMO, Speakeasy Solutions provides one for each physician. We recommend learning and using DMO for a week or two prior to implementing DAX Copilot.

An iPhone (11 or higher with iOS 16) is necessary for the PowerMic Mobile phone app.

An inexpensive iPhone with Wi-Fi is all that is needed (a phone plan/provider is unnecessary). Some physicians find purchasing a separate iPhone, specifically for DAX Copilot, enables them to use their personal phone for telephone consultations or other activities without interruption*.

Android phones are not compatible at this time.

* The iPhone cannot be used to receive or make calls while DAX Copilot is in use.

A computer with Windows 10 or 11 OS.

Speakeasy Solutions recommends 16 GB RAM minimum.

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7.2 or higher.

At this time, DAX Copilot does not operate on a Mac OS. If you have a Mac computer with Parallels installed, DAX Copilot operates on the Parallels Windows partition.
