Transcription Service
Pay as you go. Simply transfer money to your SpeechLive account and every time you send something to the transcription service, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your balance. To dictate a full page of text you will need on average three to five minutes.
Price per dictation minute*
- 1 speaker = $1.75 excl. taxes
- 1 speaker + priority = $1.75 excl. taxes +25%
- 2 speakers = $3.35 excl. taxes
- 3 speakers = $4.29 excl. taxes
- 4-5 speakers = $4.67 excl. taxes
- 6+ speakers = $5.63 excl. taxes**
Delivery time will depend on the file length and number of speakers:
- A dictation with one speaker and up to 120 min length will take up to 24 hours.
- A dictation with two speakers and up to 180 min length will take up to 72 office hours.
- Dictations marked as “priority” with up to 25 min*** length will take up to 5 office hours.
* Transcription is billed in full-minute increments and rounded up to the next full minute.
** The price for 6 and more speakers is an approximate indication. The actual price will be determined upon review of the dictation and you will receive a quote by email.
*** Priority dictations which exceed 25 minutes are automatically changed to non-priority dictations. User will be notified by email.
Speech Recognition Service
If you purchase the Pro Advanced Business Package, you will receive 10 free speech recognition minutes every month per user (5 minutes for Standard Small Business Package accounts).
The minutes are accredited to the account and can be used interchangeably between the authors. Once these minutes are used up, you will need to pay for additional minutes. Similar to our transcription service, the pricing of our speech recognition is also based on an easy and convenient prepaid account model. Simply charge your account with a certain amount of money and pay as you go. Unused free minutes will expire at the end of every month.
