This past Monday, Microsoft unveiled their latest innovation – Microsoft Dragon Copilot. Set to launch in May 2025, Dragon Copilot will be available simultaneously in both Canada and the USA. This marks a historic milestone as it’s the first time a Dragon product is being released across all of North America at the same time.
What About DAX Copilot?
While DAX Copilot continues to be available in the USA, it will not be released in Canada. Instead, Dragon Copilot takes centre stage as an entirely new product that combines the best features from Dragon Medical One and DAX Copilot, along with some exciting new capabilities.

With the introduction of Dragon Copilot, Canada will now have two main products: Dragon Medical One and the all-new Dragon Copilot.

What devices will run Dragon Copilot?
Windows PCs and iPhones that satisfy the technical requirements can run the Dragon Copilot app installed on those devices.
Additionally, Dragon Copilot will be available through a web interface making it compatible with any device that has a web browser including Mac computers and Android tablets.
What microphones can be used?
iPhones that fulfill the technical specifications along with microphones available via the iPhone and Windows PC app, as well as devices using Dragon Copilot through the web interface, can be utilized.

However, you are invited to observe some aspects of the up and coming Dragon Copilot.
Each session is a 30-minute live demonstration of DAX Copilot.
