A cloud‑based dictation, transcription, and workflow platform for legal, medical, and professional teams — used from a browser, smartphone, or dedicated Philips device. Our appointments start by understanding how recordings move through your organisation, then cover setup, configuration, onboarding, initial training, and ongoing optimisation.

How remote appointments work

Speakeasy Solutions has supported clients remotely across Canada for over 26 years, so distance is never a barrier. For appointments that need it, we connect to your computer using a secure screen‑sharing tool called Splashtop. If Splashtop isn’t a fit for your setup, we can use Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or a similar platform instead.

To keep technical appointments running smoothly, please restart your computer beforehand and, where remote access is required, download Splashtop in advance so we can spend our time on the work that matters.

We’re based in Nova Scotia with strong, continuing ties to British Columbia, and we happily accommodate time zones right across Canada and the United States of America.
